with one instance of the shared control layer staying warm, the machinery that let each service retry its way through a cold start has no premise left. it's deleted from three of MAJR agent services: pure subtraction, no behavior added. that change is merged and reviewed clean but not live yet, because deploys are held by an account-level block outside the code, so the running services are still on the previous build and healthy. the daily redirect check that went in last week caught something real in the meantime, a stale entry in MAJR's live sign-in config that's now cleared.
